Dr. Justin Arambasick

Dr. Justin Arambasick is the Lead Physician and Founder of Elevate You Wellness and Aesthetics, specializing in precision medicine, optimization, and longevity. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic. He also holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky in partnership with the University of Vienna, giving him a strong foundation in leadership and global healthcare systems.

Before founding Elevate You, Dr. Arambasick served as a military physician on the Critical Care Aeromedical Transport Team, caring for critically ill and wounded service members during high-acuity transport missions. He helped develop training programs and delivered lectures on CCATT operations and trauma resuscitation through the STARS-P initiative.

Dr. Arambasick went on to complete a fellowship in genomics-based precision medicine with WildHealth and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He has mentored medical students, volunteered on international medical missions, and remains committed to advancing human performance and long-term health.
