Dr. Jeff Owen was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech University and attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for medical school. He completed his residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio. He received his board certification in Family Medicine in 2008 from the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Owen is dedicated to helping people of all ages enhance their overall health and wellness. He specializes in comprehensive primary care, male and female hormone replacement therapy and men’s sexual health.
Dr. Owen is a Platinum Provider for BioTE (Natural Bio-Identical Hormone Optimization). He is certified to perform Botox, Dysport, cosmetic fillers, cosmetic procedures, cosmetic laser, and the P-Shot or Priapus Shot. Dr. Owen also has a special interest in Regenerative Medicine via stem cell therapy, exosomes and PRP (platelet-rich plasma). For over ten years, Dr. Owen has traveled to Snyder, Texas to run a dermatology clinic. Dr. Jeff can address all skin care needs including acne, skin disorders, and skin cancer.

He is a senior FAA aviation medical examiner and performs first, second, and third-class FAA flight examinations. He is the only physician in Lubbock, Texas, who is certified to perform FAA air traffic controller and FAA flight safety examiner physicals.
