Paul Herchman
Co-CEO & Co-Founder of GetHairMD™
Paul Herchman is a nationally recognized entrepreneur. His last venture, Thermi, emerged as one of the fastest-growing medical/aesthetic device companies in the US and in 2016, he led the sale of Thermi for $82 million. In December 2016, D CEO Magazine and D Healthcare Daily announced Thermi’s CEO, Paul Herchman, as winner in the Excellence in Healthcare Awards for Outstanding Healthcare Deal. From 2003-2006, he also led a company which assisted physicians to open more than 300 med spas in the US over a 4-year period.
As founder and CEO of Medical Alliance Inc. (MAI), he completed its IPO in 1996 after building a national mobile surgical and laser services company, helping physicians perform over 5,000 office-based procedures a month in 42 states.

Bruce Vermeulen
Co-CEO & Co-Founder of GetHairMD™
Bruce Vermeulen assisted physicians to open more than 300 med spas in the US over a 4-year period. He led a team of over 30 consultants who implemented and helped these med spas to achieve their ROI and profitability within a short time frame.
Bruce was a partner of Deloitte and served as a CFO of two banking groups in South Africa. Since moving to the US in 1998, he has focused on helping early-stage companies, predominantly cosmetic-medical entities, and has invested in and owned several businesses in this space.

John Carullo
President and Co-Founder of GetHairMD™
John Carullo is a true revolutionary thinker in the hair growth industry. Along with his four USPTO Patents, John developed the first in-office, FDA-cleared clinical hair growth laser device designed to treat Androgenetic Alopecia and promote hair growth for both men and women. This device represents one of three FDA clearances that John has obtained for hair-growth-related medical devices (Clinical Laser, Laser Cap, Laser Brush).
John is past President of Medical Hair Solutions, a chain of thirteen hair loss clinics in the US. He is also past owner and operator of G-Media, an ad agency specializing in direct response ads.

Trace Herchman
Senior VP / Strategic Development & Co-Founder of GetHairMD™
Trace Herchman is a proven healthcare entrepreneur and business development executive with over a decade of experience driving growth in the medical aesthetics industry. As Co-Founder and Senior VP of Business Development at GetHairMD, he has built the company from a single location to a network of 55+ physician partners nationwide, achieving over 90% treatment success rates through innovative multi-modality hair restoration solutions.
Prior to GetHairMD, Herchman served as Director of Operations and Business Development at MD Partners, LLC, where he leveraged his entrepreneurial expertise to optimize business models and operational efficiencies for various healthcare enterprises. He successfully introduced unique brands to the national market while managing independent contractor sales forces and driving strategic market expansion.
Earlier in his career, Herchman held key business development roles at Blueprint Networx, where he partnered with prestigious Children’s Hospitals across the country including facilities in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto. He also gained valuable territory management experience at Thermi and TruDenta, where he consistently exceeded sales quotas through relationship-focused strategies and consultative sales approaches.

Michael G. Wallace
Chief Financial Officer of GetHairMD™
Michael G. Wallace is a transformational healthcare executive and financial strategist with over 15 years of experience leading complex turnarounds and growth initiatives across the healthcare sector. As President and CEO of Shady Shores Communities, he founded and scaled a skilled nursing operation from startup to $50 million in annual revenue before successfully divesting to Daybreak Venture in 2018.
Wallace’s most notable achievement came during his tenure as President, COO, and Acting CEO of Daybreak Venture, where he led the largest chain of skilled nursing facilities in Texas with 82 locations, 4,700 employees, and over $450 million in revenue. During the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, he successfully restructured the company’s complex agreements, negotiated the acquisition of 27 additional facilities, and executed a strategic wind-down that avoided bankruptcy while retiring $50 million in debt.
Earlier in his career, Wallace demonstrated his financial acumen as CFO of Daybreak Venture, where he raised $26 million through an IPO with Bear Stearns at age 29. He successfully resolved $3.7 million in payroll tax issues, negotiated a $21 million senior credit facility, and settled a decade-old lawsuit that enabled critical business divestitures.

Marcus Oldelehr
Chief Revenue Officer of GetHairMD™
Marcus Oldelehr is a seasoned healthcare and aesthetics executive with over 25 years of experience driving top- and bottom-line growth, operational excellence, and high-performing teams across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as Area Vice President at Merz Aesthetics, a global leader in medical aesthetics, where he was a member of the North American Leadership Team. In this role, he led strategic initiatives and sales operations, delivering strong revenue performance and margin expansion across the portfolio.
Prior to Merz, Marcus was General Manager at Patterson Dental, where he grew sales from $47M to over $55M in less than two years—achieving more than 10% year-over-year growth. He also elevated the branch’s national ranking from 11th to 3rd and coached several team members to top national recognition.
Before joining Patterson, Marcus spent nine years at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of sales, training, leadership, and field marketing roles. As a standout individual contributor, he earned multiple President’s Club awards before being promoted to Director, where he led a high-performing team across the Pacific Northwest.
An entrepreneur at heart, Marcus co-founded Fuel Motorcars, where he scaled monthly sales from fewer than 2 vehicles to over 30 in under two years. Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales – Worldwide at SURGiVIEW, overseeing global distribution of capital medical equipment and developing turnkey medical solutions for healthcare providers.
